You, your family, and friends are invited to another paiNt pARTy hosted by @artbynariah.

You may be wondering, “Well, what is this so-called paint party?!” It is an opportunity to indulge in creative family time. The instructor will lead (YOU) painters in a step-by-step process to complete a specific painting. For this event, painters will learn how to paint a little holiday, red truck! You do not have to be an art expert because this is FUN-art not FINE-art.

Come down to the Aberdeen Social Hall on Wednesday, December 11th @6-8PM. Please note, you are welcome to arrive as early as 5:45PM and the painting session will begin @6PM sharp. Please be on time to ensure you are present for all of the steps! There will be breaks throughout the session, so feel free to bring along your own snack!

When signing up, please select the “quantity” of people joining you including yourself. For example, if you and your partner + two children are joining us for this painting session, then you would select QTY 4! There’s a “note” section where you are able to make note of special events: celebrating birthdays, anniversary, etc. OR If you’d like to make note of special seating arrangements such as “Please seat me next to ____.” “Can I sit closer to the front/back?”

Canvases, disposable aprons, water cups, paints, palettes, napkins, and brushes will be provided and ready for you upon arrival. It is important to note, we will be working with acrylic paint. It is a fast-drying water-based paint. If it gets caught in your hair or on your skin, then it is easy to wash off with soap and water. However, if acrylic paint touches your clothing and dries, it will remain stuck/stained. Disposable aprons are provided, but we like to tell our painters to dress for a mess!

In the end, you can take your masterpiece home. Do not forget to take a photo and share! Please tag/mention @artbynariah on Instagram/TikTok and Aberdeen on Facebook!
